Your gift may be a specific dollar amount, a percentage of your estate or the remainder after all other provisions are specified.

To support Girl Scouts of the USA:

“I give to Girl Scouts of the United States of America, a nonprofit corporation currently located at 420 Fifth Avenue, 13th Floor, New York, NY 10018, or its successor thereto, ______________* [written amount or percentage of the estate] for its unrestricted use and purpose.”

Or, to support your local council:

“I give to [council name], a nonprofit corporation currently located at [council address], or its successor thereto, ______________* [written amount or percentage of the estate] for its unrestricted use and purpose.”
